    We understand things might not always go as planned. Your feedback helps us improve and resolve issues quickly. To share your feedback or make a complaint, please contact us via:

    When you submit a complaint, we’ll promptly register it and email you a unique reference number. We strive to resolve your issue within 7 working days and will keep you informed if it takes longer. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

    If you are not fully satisfied with how your complaint has been addressed, you can report the matter by contacting us at appeal@salama.ae.

    If you are still unhappy with us

    In case you are still dissatisfied with our response or are facing a delayed response beyond 15 working days, you may refer your complaint to the regulatory authorities:

    If you need further clarification or help regarding your health insurance concerns, the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) is available for additional support.

    If you feel your concern requires further review, the Department of Health (DOH) is available as an additional point of contact for health insurance matters in Abu Dhabi.
    If we are unable to resolve your concerns, you have the option to contact, Sanadak, the Ombudsman Unit of the Central Bank of UAE.
